In the case of some people who wish to learn how to code, they may join a PLN that teaches them some basic knowledge about coding; for others, learning how to cook may be a PLN of their choice. According to what they are searching for online, people do something different. Due to this, I agree with your opinion that we need to create a PLN that people will enjoy.
